RETURN POLICY

Returning a Product
Defective products may be returned, at Capsule’s discretion, within 30 days of shipping and only in exchange for the same product. Most non-defective products may be returned, at Capsule’s discretion, for a refund. If you have used the product, we will not accept it for return. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Order Errors
Capsule is not responsible if you order the wrong product. In the future, we suggest that you double check your order.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning a product.

Refunds
Your refund will be issued within 2 weeks of receipt of your returned product. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
